Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and Payments

To secure any tourism service, a deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the service begins or as confirmed. We accept bank transfers, credit card, or cash, as agreed with our team.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations more than 7 days in advance: 80% refund (minus administrative fees).
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: non-refundable, except for agreed force majeure.
Changes in date or service depend on availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Services Included in the Package
Our packages include transportation, accommodation, guide and activities, meals as specified and described in the offer. Accommodation may include breakfast and/or meals depending on the package. All services comply with local law and guarantee safety and responsibility.

4. Client Obligations
The client must provide truthful and complete information, follow schedules, safety instructions, and regulations for each activity. The company is not responsible for losses, damages, or accidents caused by client non-compliance.

5. Program Changes
The company may change the program due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or force majeure, ensuring equivalent alternatives.

6. Compliance with Cuban Law and Prevention of Sexual Tourism

All services comply with Cuban law, including the Tourism Law and Penal Code.

Article 310: imprisonment from 7 to 30 years (or death penalty) for sexual exploitation of minors under 16.
Article 316: imprisonment from 4 to 20 years for selling minors for forced labor, prostitution, or pornography.
The company may immediately cancel reservations in case of any violation, without refund. All clients must respect Cuban law and international standards for child protection and tourism ethics.

7. Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance covering accidents, illness, cancellations, and lost luggage.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions, including Cuban law and child protection standards, as well as the prohibition of any other criminal or illegal activity during their stay or participation in package activities. Electronic acceptance has the same value as a physical signature and confirms the client’s commitment to comply with all applicable rules and regulations.
